Frequent Group Questions  

 

Why make a reservations?

We take reservations for group of 25 or larger to prevent too many groups at the same time.  

Groups with reservation get a 10% discount on all prices. Discount is only for groups with booked reservation.

What are the minimum and maximum group sizes?

Minimum group sizes for reservation is 25

Groups up to 90 do not require special planning and can use the reservation link.

What if we are not sure about group size?

Make best estimate for size. Minor changes in group size are OK.

Inform park if there are large changes in size of group,

What are the starting times for groups?

Park is open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Tuesday to Saturday

We start morning groups from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

We start afternoon groups form 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

What if our plans change?

Please inform park at blapinfo@yahoo.com if you want to cancel group booking.

If you are not coming this could open up time for another group.

What are the prices for groups?

Groups with reservation get 10% discount over regular prices.

Can you book groups at outside of normal working hours?

Yes we can book a few groups on Mondays or on evening if sales is enough to justify bringing in staft

On evening sales has to be at least  $900. On Monday sales has to be at least $1200

Do you allow groups with exclusive use of park?

Yes, we can do large groups that have private use of park.

We have booked groups as large as 200 and could do large groups.

Revenue has to be large enough to make up for no other sales.

Booking of large groups has to be done several months before park opens to be able to find available dates.

Do you have an special activities for groups?

We can to team building activities for groups. We can only do this for a few groups do to staffing limitations.
